r.form SU 130 C is a brown, efficient EP drawing and stamping oil.
Application and Properties
r.form SU 130 C is used for non cutting metalforming operations like drawing, deep
drawing, stamping and fineblanking of high tensile stainless steels up to 8 mm thickness of
difficult cutting geometry as well as for general machining operations.
By forming a separating lubricating film during the deep drawing process, a direct contact
between the tool and the workpiece is avoided to a large extent. Moreover, friction between
surfaces sliding one on top of the other is reduced to obtain an easy separation from the
drawing stamp.
The specific combination of substances provides good wettability and adhesiveness and
possesses excellent boundary lubrication properties at extreme pressures. This is
particularly advantageous at most difficult machining operations of high alloyed materials.
